And thanks to the flexibility of placing APs wherever needed, unlimited by RF constraints, the Wi-Fi location based service is more accurate, lower maintenance, and easier to deploy, while Wi-Fi tags benefit from significantly longer battery life.

Security

For too long, wireless security has been regarded as either an obstacle or an end in itself. With an Extricom WLAN system, security is a transparent enabler. On an Extricom network, the privacy of over-the-air communications is ensured with the 802.11i standard, implemented to deliver the strongest encryption without impacting wireless performance.
